More Writing

Hi Guys
and welcome back to me actually writing for once
 

ok so today's writing is based on Halsey's album Hopeless Fountain Kingdom (yes I know I'm trash) but it's only loosely. I am gonna make it different once I keep writing. just letting everyone know THIS IS NOT FINISHED so yeah enjoy ill probably write more later. this also this doesn't have a name so any suggestions would be really great. and the last thing is I used this really great website for the name of one of the characters I'm gonna link that here http://www.fantasynamegenerators.com/futuristic-names.php so let's get on with it shall we

“Alex, Alex wake up you have to go”I'm shaken awake by Maelana. I wipe my eyes groggy from sleep and push myself out of the makeshift bed I was sleeping in. still half asleep  “ what is it Mae” my voice crackles with lack of rest. I was up all night worrying again. She pulls me to my feet panic raking her voice “ you have to go there here” I jolt awake suddenly hearing the chaos around me. they've found me. I pull my boots on and grab the few belongings I still have from beside the bed. Maelana throws a hooded cloak at me. We don't talk there's no time. I step out into the chaos keeping my head down. The warehouse is filled with guards. They drag people into containment units separating children from their parents there collecting. A gunshot rings through the cries and a man stumbles back falling at my feet. I kneel down trying to help him but it's already too late “I'm sorry “ my voice is barely a whisper. this is my fault I brought them here. I step back my hands shaking. a child screams for her dada. This isn't right I'm not worth this. It's not fair that the people who had accepted me who had clothed me and feed me who had protected me like there own family should die not for this. I breathe in my whole body shaking “stop” the guard's freeze in progress their fingers twitching waiting for someone to make a wrong move. I stare at the people who for the past month had been family to me. They shake their heads every person trying to stop me. it isn't worth it I'm not worth it. A buff man walks up to me. he's about a head taller than me and clad in pure white. His hair greying at the edges his face is twisted and scared as he smirks at me. “Well hello, their little miss righteous. What do you want?”
“These people are innocent leave them alone “
“ the bold words coming from such a little girl now let's see whats under that cloak huh” he goes to pull off my hood. a thawk rings through the crowd as I slap his hand away glaring at him.
“ now that not very nice is it” his word come through gritted teeth “now how about we take that hood of sweety“  I pull the cloak off in one swift movement throwing it to the ground. His face changes to a devilish grin “ ahh Alex what a nice surprise I thought we'd find you here

finally writing again

Hi Guys
and welcome back to my blog its been a while. we've has been doing creative writing in school again
 

so I wrote this I guess its based on all that she can see by Carrie Hope Fletcher loosely (although I should really get around to posting my amazing fanfic for that) and an old idea I wrote a story for but never ended up posting. so yeah it's not really got a tittle so if you've got any suggestions please tell me so umm let's get into this




It was a cold and cloudy day the first time it happened . this time I was prepared as is stumbled into an alleyway away from questions and prying eyes just before consciousness left me. The world melted away around me as the cold fingers of sadness raked up my spine. The thing came into view smiling it teeth to sharp its tongue blood red as if all the blood out of every human had been taken and placed there. as if it had killed. It long needle-like talons beckon me forward I don't resist it's easier that way. I stand in front of it as it's hand slips onto my shoulder holding just a little too tight. I close my eyes no use in struggling now. When I open my eyes I watch the movie play out in front of me. A brother and sister fooling around climbing a tree. He's higher than her and laughing racing her to the top he's older and taller it no surprise that he gets further than her. She sits on the branch below pouting fiddling with his foot. I watch her expression change and suddenly she pushes his foot upwards he loses his balance and that's it. The girl and I watch in matching horror as the boy falls screaming hitting branches. The sound of things snapping fill the air as time slows down and something tells me they don't all belong to branches. A thump echo's though me and suddenly silence. The scene cuts to the girl and others standing soaked in rain dressed in black. While some people cry the girl stares into space her eyes empty.

 Everything fades back to now. My breathing shakes as shivers rack my body. She had been 6. I breathed out as the weight settled into my shoulders joining the rest of them. I Push myself up. no sense in staying here. I rejoin the crowd. Dodging through the sea of people each and every one of them a possible threat. I pass the little girl on the way to my apartment. Before she had been quiet her smile dull and fake now light seemed to dance in her eyes, her smile radiating warmth as every child,s should. There was no doubt she still remembered, still felt bad, still missed him. but for a little while, she was able to be a kid again. She looks up at me and I realize I've been staring I give her a small smile and continue into my apartment.

I flop down onto my bed and sighed. I had to be careful with my “gift ” as my grandma had called it she was the only one I had ever told,  she knew all my secrets she had protected me in a way. Now she was gone I was alone with my secrets, carrying not only pieces of other people's grief guilt loneliness and fear but my own. Whether it was a gift or curse it always tired me out. I pulled my covers over myself not bothering to change into pyjamas and close my eyes as sleep takes me.
I wake up with the same old feeling of heaviness. Forcing myself out of bed as I've done since I was 13. back when the visions started. I had brushed hands with the notorious school bully only to find out that he had been verbally abused by his parents since he was 3. I had fainted in the cafeteria and had been sent home. Over the course of 2 months, this happened over and over until my parents took me to the doctors only to discover there was seemingly nothing wrong. after a while, I figured out how to work my gift and even how to hold off the fainting for about 20 minutes.

I pull myself back into the present as I arrive at my job. I work as a secretary for a contract loaner shredding paper and stamping document it is dull but safe and means I don't need to interact with people all that often so it's ok. As I walk in my boss pulls me aside “listen whatever your name is i need you to escort our customer” he gestures to a woman sitting in one of the plush red sofas she is casual and doesn't fit into the setting “to an upstairs room” I nod fast and start to leave when he adds “ oh and don't screw it up” his voice stings like vinegar in a paper cut but I know he doesn't mean it. he's scared. He has been fighting with his wife for months now. They love each other and don't mean it they're just worried about the disabled son. They both want to protect him and can agree on how.

 I walk over to the woman “excuse me miss I must escort you to one of our upstairs room”
“Of course” her voice is warm, calming and drips with kindness like honey from a full beehive. As I walk with her I catch her watching me. I reach the door to the room I have been told to take her and unlock it. But before she goes into the room she turns to me and asks “what is your name?”  I half panic and blurt out
“Nova Carrigan Miss.yours?”
She smiles at me radiant as the setting sun “ Cherry, Cherry Redgrave”

Gecko Update

Hi Guys

I've got an update on my gecko. I have decided I am getting a marbled gecko. Which is similar to a barking gecko but are not as handleable however on the plus side they don't need a licence as they are not endangered. I have actually made a terrarium for it and am waiting for my grandfather to wood turn some hides for me. The only dilemma I have is naming it. because it is hard to tell what gender the gecko is especially when it's little I really want to name it a gender fluid name. I'm maybe thinking about Nova but I'm not sure if that's too girly so if you have some name suggestions for it I would love to hear from you.

Hi Guys

OK so I'm thinking / trying to deiced about getting a pet gecko. I want to get a barking or flat tailed gecko as these are apparently the most easy to handle and i cant get a leopard gecko because I'm in Australia. I have had pet rats for ages and will still have them as well as my gecko but if you could comment A. weather or not you think i should get a gecko B. any tips or good websites for info i have done some research but don't want to miss anything and C. if i get a gecko what should I name it I was thinking maybe nova for i girl but I'm not sure.

ok so I have a little story that goes along with this. i'm just gonna give you a brief overview ok.
so basically in primary school in grade 5 my anxiety kinda started to get worse like id always had it but I was starting to need to see a psychologist of course my brain blowing this out of proportion freaked out and told me if I did they'd send me to anger management. i'm really not sure why I though that like I'm generally a pretty non angry person but you know. so I refused, um so a few weeks passed and I was in P.E and we where doing cross country which is already stressful for me cause I acedently  cheated one year but yeah that is a whole other story so comment down below if you wanna hear that one. but yeah i'm already stressed and where leaving to go practice and my shoe laces are undone and I have this thing where A. i dont like people talking sternly to me and B. this was this phase of I never did my shoe laces up cause like they just come undone right whats the point idk. but my vice principle who is in the class with us as well as our sports teacher tells me to tie my shoe laces up so i just tuck them into my shoe cause u know there just gonna come undone and stuff and she yells at me do the properly and so now my little cry baby soles like no and i'm getting kinda angry stressed and i'm crying and I do it and I walk away. after woods as i'm walking she comes and she like your being a prep and attention seeking basically just calling me a cry baby  and now i'm getting mad so I walk away and stuff so anyways where running cross country and by this time and crying and fuming and I don't want to go inside because I don't want my class to see me like this so I go and hide at the back of the back oval. and like my teacher freaks out they find me and stuff and i'm like really upset and like I talk to them for a little bit and I've gotta go into the vice principles office and talk to her for some reason. i get there sit down and she sits there and calls me a prep and a crybaby and all that again I mean what! that dose not help lady but you know and so yeah that basically why crybaby means so much to me.

I lied that was not a short story at all I really under estimated the length of it so i'm gonna leave this post at that so

Hi Guys
and welcome to an episode of me pretending to be a vlogger with word yayayayay

so i'm aware i haven't posted in awhile so i'm really sorry for that i've been really busy with stuff.
but yeah i'm just gonna talk about random stuff while I can so yeah.

so recently i've been watching two shows one is adventur time which i've loved for along time and the other is rick and morty which I literally just started. so adventure time (dies because bubbline)

OK so afue things in here one
at school we are doing RUOK day as part of bullying stuff and it make me really uncomfortable I really don't like RUOK day for me being part of the mental health peeps it makes me really uncomfortable and I just don't really like it. I wont get to into it cause that could take ages but  in short I feel like it promote strangers coming up to strangers and asking them are you ok which scares me. I think RUOK is a really daunting question and to ask to casually really scares me idk just something I think about

5 Ways to make homework fun

Hi guys
Just befor I start I just want to say I do not like school however I have found that if you tolerate it it is much easier to deal with. anyway let's get onto the post.

ok so this post I think at least a couple of people will find helpful so please read it and if it helps you or if you have any other ways you make homework funner then please leave a comment down below it would mean the world as I worked really hard on this so yeah let's get on with it...

1.  the first thing I like to do is to listen to music while I work this works not only for home work but for school work as well ( if your teacher lets you ) I have  made 2 youtube playlists-one for maths and one for literacy so you can click on the links down below if you want. the maths one includes Muse and Halsey music ( it includes explicit language just a fair warning) and the literacy one includes movie soundtrack music. I'm going to beg for comments a lot in this post but if you want me to make another playlist for another subject or if you have any music suggestions please comment as i am in love with Melanie Martinez Halsey Marina and the diamonds and muse at the moment  ( comment if you're hyped for Mel and Halsey's new albums because I sure am)            Maths playlist   Literacy playlist 
2. Pretty up your page(paige hahaha obsessions we've got our obsessions I should probably stop now) Ok so this is another one that can work at school and at home so basically there's 2 variations of this 1 is you draw in the margins of your book like this:  
   
                                         and 2 if you are doing a mind map or something similar you can add little pictures and stuff or make a sence like this      
   
                                                                                                                   all in all i think the most useful one is drawing in the margins as at least right now I do most of my paperwork in books. This is just a suggestion but what i do is if I have a song stuck in my head i doodle this to do with the lyrics however I am obsessed with music so really you could do whatever you obsessed with.

3. Work with your pets- ok so you may not know but I have a pet rat right now and have had for many years although my current ratty is Sarren she is named after princess Sarren from the book of a thousand days because in the book Sarren means moonlight and as you can see she is very pale   anyway this technique is very straight forward basically just have you pet on you lap or playing with you as you work. Trust me it makes it 10 times funner.
4.  work with friends- this one is again very straight forward basically their work though email or have them over and I fnd it can make it a lot easier as 2 heads are better then one.
5. reward yourself - yes this is probably the simplest one in the whole bunch but also maybe one of the most useful basically after doing say and hour of homework you would reward you self with something e.g T.V or youtube time, lollys, at the end of the week order yourself some merch, or my strategy at the moment have a lush bath.

Hi Guys
Ok so on thursday i'm getting my hair cut short like Halsey short I am really excited however I realized something very cool today.  I'm getting it done on the same day as Halsey's new album hopeless fountain is released ! I am very excited for both and can't wait to buy her  album as I already love the 3 she's already released and of course Badlands !
